Ngene Kingsley Obasi – Bash

Ngene Kingsley Obasi Bash, born 16 August 1968 in Ebonyi State, is a seasoned administrator, development strategist, and youth advocate. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science (Best Graduating Student) and M.Sc. in International Relations from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration and has earned specialized certificates in Economic Development Strategy (Kookmin University, South Korea) and Human Resource Planning & Development (IAMR), Narela, India).

His professional career spans the banking sector, private healthcare management, Engineering, Security, Farming and over 20 years of service with the Federal Government of Nigeria. He has served in key administrative roles across several ministries and currently works as the Special Adviser on Administration to the Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy.

A devoted Christian and ordained Elder in Christ Apostolic Church. Ngene is married to Blessing Kelechi Ngene and the marriage is blessed with three children.

He is the founder of the Ogbuevi Youth Rediscovery Project, a platform dedicated to inspiring and empowering African youth and those in Diaspora. Known for his leadership, integrity, creativity, communication skills, and passion for mentorship, Ngene is also an enthusiastic football follower (Chelsea FC) and lover of table tennis.
